HOW DO I RETURN?
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

  • Klassy Swim does not provide return labels. The cost of shipping items back is at the customers expense. Once you provide our mailing address to your local shipping facility they will provide you with a return label after paid postage.
  • Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the original order date.
  • Items marked LIMITED or CLEARANCE cannot be returned for a refund. It cannot be exchanged for a different size, color or item. Nor will we issue a store credit. The sale is final.
  • Merchandise purchased while ON SALE at a discounted price may only be exchanged for a different size of the same item. No refunds or credits will be authorized. If you need a smaller or larger size of the same item you must contact us in advance to see if the size you need is available. If it is available, we will gladly exchange the item after the customer pays for the shipping to have the new size item mailed to their address so long as the wrong sized item is sent back in accordance with our Return Policy and is in a resalable condition. If the desired size is not available, the sale is final and the wrong sized item purchased on sale may not be returned.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are missing the original labels or the labels have been cut off.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, stained or have odors or distinct smells (including perfume). Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying them on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customers expense. If the customer declines to pay for shipping charges, the item will be discarded and the refund/exchange will be declined.

    • swimwear missing the sanitary strip
    • swimwear with a tampered or reattached sanitary strip
    • intimates
    • water bottles
    • gloves
    • socks
    • headbands
    • under garments
    • lingerie
    • body shaping items.
  • All sales are final on the above list of items. Please know your size before ordering. Inquire with us in advance if you are not sure.
  • Swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set. If it is incompolete then the package will be discarded and the refund/exchange will be declined.

Items returned after 14 days of the order date may be exchanged for a Klassy Swim Store Credit only, if accepted. The amount of the Store Credit will be the sub-total paid on the original receipt or the current selling price of the item(s) being returned, whichever is lowest. Items sold over 30 days ago cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason..

Footwear returns must be in the original condition.
Any merchandise purchased in-store is returnable only to that store.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Klassy Swim reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet these return policy requirements. Rejected items will not be mailed back to purchaser and will be discarded.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.
